The best lens for street photographers shooting on X-mount cameras is the XF 23mm. The perfect length for getting a whole street scene in frame, but narrow enough that you can still focus around a subject. 6. Fujifilm XF 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR.
This short video puts the 56mm f/1.2 alongside the more recently released 50mm f/1.0 to see how they compare when shooting portraits using natural light. We Review the Fujinon XF 30mm f/2.8 LM
Comparison between Fuji 50-140mm and XF 50mm f/2, both shot at f/2.8 and from the same distance to subject. Fuji 50-140mm image samples # All Fuji 50-140mm image samples shot on the X-T4 and processed in Capture One (with default manufacturer profile).
This review only discusses the Fujifilm’s XF 56mm f/1.2 R lens. The XF 56mm f/1.2 R is solidly built and felt great attached to my Fuji X-T2. You must be very careful with your technique.

The 56mm f/1.2 is a full 1-1/3 stops faster, allowing for using a lower ISO. When considering price, the newer f/2 lens comes in at less than half the cost: $449 US for the 50mm f
Fujifilm XF 50mm F2; The budget “Fuji-cron” version of the portrait lens, the 50mm F2 has fast autofocusing speeds and it is weather resistant. Possibly the best value of all Fujifilm portrait lenses. The 50mm F2 and the 23mm F2 make a formidable street lens combination. Fujifilm 56mm F1.2 (non-WR)
